Called in to do a combination of graphic facilitation and infographic at a National Science Foundation STEM education conference, I was presented with the challenge of needing to combine my own reporting with that of other team members into a format that could be distributed across multiple channels. Since the event had a number of sessions conducted concurrently, and no facilities for drawing on-site existed, I combined notes taken during sessions into a cohesive whole. All elements are hand-drawn (including all text), and editable. This helped immensely with additions and alterations later on, while preserving a feeling of immediacy and informality.
